When you submit a case assessment, we collect: your name, email address, country of residence, and a description of your medical situation. We do not collect payment information directly — all hospital fees are paid at the hospital counter.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to: assess your case, recommend an appropriate hospital and specialist, coordinate your appointment, and communicate with you about your care. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties outside of your direct care coordination.

4. Medical Information

Any medical information you share with us is treated as strictly confidential. It is only shared with the hospital or specialist directly involved in your case, and only with your knowledge.

5. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely. We retain case information for a maximum of 24 months after your last interaction with us, after which it is deleted.

6. Your Rights
