Free Case Assessment

The initial case assessment is completely free. No payment is required until you receive your quote and choose to proceed.

Coordination Fee — Before Services Begin

If you cancel after paying the coordination fee but before any hospital appointment has been booked, you are entitled to a full refund minus any administrative costs already incurred.

Coordination Fee — After Appointment is Booked

Once a hospital appointment has been confirmed on your behalf, a cancellation fee applies to cover coordination costs already incurred. The specific amount is outlined in your service agreement.

Hospital Fees

Hospital fees (imaging, consultations, treatments) are paid directly to the hospital and are subject to each hospital's own refund and cancellation policies. China MedPass does not control or process hospital fee refunds.

Force Majeure

In cases of medical emergency, serious illness, visa denial, or other circumstances beyond your control, we will work with you to reschedule or find an appropriate resolution.
