1. Our Role

China MedPass is a medical coordination and facilitation service. We are not a medical provider. We do not diagnose, treat, or advise on medical conditions. All clinical decisions are made exclusively by licensed physicians at the hospitals we coordinate with.

2. Service Scope

Our service includes: case assessment and hospital matching, appointment booking, bilingual escort during hospital visits, and English translation of medical reports. Specific services included in your case are confirmed in writing before payment.

3. Fees

Our coordination fee is quoted per case and confirmed before you commit. Hospital fees (registration, imaging, consultations, treatments) are separate and paid directly to the hospital. We receive no commission or referral fee from any hospital.

4. No Medical Guarantee

China MedPass does not guarantee any medical outcome. Clinical results depend entirely on your condition and the treating physicians' decisions. We guarantee only the quality of our coordination and facilitation services.

5. Limitation of Liability

China MedPass's liability is limited to the coordination fee paid. We are not liable for any clinical outcomes, hospital decisions, or events outside of our direct service scope.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which China MedPass is registered. Disputes will be resolved by negotiation in good faith before any formal proceedings.
